Once a year, in partnership with the Black Police Officers Association of Omaha and the Omaha Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc, Summit founder and EK owner Anthony F. Smith Jr. offers a full day of free development for all Omaha metro area high school students.

 

Students are involved in breakout sessions dealing with topics they face in their daily culture, walk through an involvement fair featuring local organizations who offer assistance/jobs/college funding and more, then cap the day off with a judgement free town hall session to lead by the students to shed light on issues they are dealing with and coming up with solutions.
